Returns & Refund Policy

All Big Brain Tees products are custom-made and printed on demand — we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders unless there is a quality issue.

We'll make it right if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective (e.g. printing errors, tears, stains)
• Your item was lost in transit and never delivered
• You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong design)

To request a replacement:
Email us at hello@bigbraintees.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue (for damaged/defective items)

We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original.

We do not offer:

• Refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected, or buyer's remorse
• Returns on items that have been worn or washed
• Exchanges for different designs or colors

Shipping issues:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with your local carrier first. If unresolved after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
