Welcome to Big Brain Tees ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from bigbraintees.com (http://bigbraintees.com/) ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

All products are custom-made and printed on demand. Designs are AI-generated original artwork owned by Big Brain Tees. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in displays and printing processes.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are processed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and typically ship within 3-7 business days.

3. Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because all items are custom printed. We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or were lost in transit. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any discount or promotion at any time. Misuse of codes may result in order cancellation.

7. Email Subscriptions & Daily Raffle

By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive daily emails featuring new designs. Subscribers are automatically entered into our daily raffle for a chance to win the featured design. Winners are selected at random. No purchase necessary to enter or win. We may modify or discontinue the raffle at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Big Brain Tees. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission. Our designs are original AI-generated works and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation
• Submit false information or fraudulent orders
• Reproduce or resell our products without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

Big Brain Tees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect email addresses, shipping information, and payment details solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
